Frequently Asked Questions:
  • If I plan to move during the year, may I have my Association fees returned to me?

    Yes. Upon receiving a written request, we will return the remainder of the fees, prorated per the title transfer date as recorded with the Medina County Auditor's Office.

  • I need a new mailbox & post.  What are the specifications?
    Note:  The mailbox and post shall be identical to the mailbox and post you are replacing.  Please contact us if you are unsure.

  • I just need the mail box.  Where can I get one?

    Mailbox Replacement only: Steel City "Large Roadside Rural Mailbox" Model #2-2 Black at True Value Hardware, or online at www.steelmailbox.com - click the "Steel City" link. It is also available at Lowes or www.lowes.com Model 2-2 Item # 92636. Please call ahead before you make the trip, as stores regulary change their products.

  • I would like to build a fence, shed, in-ground swimming pool, or other similar building or structure on my property.  Do I need the Association's approval?

Yes.  You must obtain approval from both the City of Medina, through their permit process, and also must have approval from the Association, prior to construction or installation.

  • I would like to alter the exterior appearance of my home.  Do I need the Association's approval?

Yes.  Please be aware that the exterior surface and dimension of each house and garage shall not be altered in appearance, building materials, or color from that which prevails generally in the Subdivision.  The Association shall have sole discretion to determine the generally prevailing conditions as to appearance, building material, or color.
